South Asian community seeks Emerson's resignation

De-Elect Emerson Campaign steering committee member Mike Watkins yesterday was a guest on broadcaster Gurpreet Singh's open-line talk show on Radio India. According to Mike, the concensus within the Punjabi-speaking community is that David Emerson must resign, and that specific floor-crossing prohibition legislation should be introduced and passed by Parliament.

Postcards for Democracy

Yesterday the De-Elect Emerson Campaign team held a petition signing event in front of the Vancouver Art Gallery downtown. These giant four foot by eight foot postcard-petitions will be heading to Ottawa soon to deliver their powerful message.
