Wish I was there! Saw Harper's comments on Global about Emerson being a star MP and how 'only a few' people in Vancouver oppose his decision to cross. What a bunch of garbage. Keep it up and thanks! B.J.

I voted Conservative but now think it was a big mistake. Emerson was voted in by the Liberal majority in his riding. He should have resigned instead of switching. It is pure and obvious opportunism and he should stand for re-election in the riding. I reside in a neighboring riding so would not have a say in the decision. But Both Stephen Harper and Emerson need to be reminded who they work for - the majority of us who believe in a democratic political government system. M.V.
